Global campaign, one contact: GBC for Etex
11,000 teammates in 42 countries, countless promotional items and just one delivery date. For the global market launch of Etex Group S.A., we were responsible for the selection, procurement and global logistics. For all correspondence and project management, our client Etex had a single point of contact at GBC. One face to the customer is a reality at GBC.
At the beginning of 2020, Etex presented a new and fresh company philosophy. With the current guideline - Inspiring ways of living - Etex wants to do justice to the current concerns of people and the environment as well as the challenges of the construction industry. The focus of the new corporate strategy is to offer lightweight solutions that are safer, more sustainable, smarter and more aesthetic.
GBC was actively involved in the relaunch when this concept was presented to all employees globally as the culmination of many years of development.
We provided the entire Etex team worldwide with newly branded Etex T-shirts. It was essential that all gifts were delivered on time. We kept our word - together we were able to launch the relaunch event in the new outfit at all locations!
As the numerous reactions and videos from all over the world shared on social media show, this global event generated a great deal of enthusiasm for the sense of togetherness among the Etex workforce.
Several follow-up events are planned again this year to strengthen team spirit worldwide and further promote employee engagement. Due to Corona, however, some things had to be rescheduled. The originally planned running event was canceled - instead, a great new idea was born.
All Etex teammates worldwide received an invitation to a very special fitness campaign together with a high-quality sports shirt from GBC in the company look. With the help of an app, all Etex colleagues are to take part in a global challenge. Not only can they get active together, but they can also score for the various sports units as a team and generate donations with the points they score. A great way to playfully improve employees' physical and mental health habits in the long term.
GBC coordinated international sales for this virtual event and ensured that everything ran smoothly.
To this end, we determined the clothing sizes of all employees worldwide and sent each teammate a package containing our high-quality sports shirt at the start of the follow-up campaign.
The numerous posts on social media speak for the great success of this campaign! We were also gripped by the campaign's motto and are proud to be a part of it.
And we are delighted that we were able to make our contribution to the success of this great event!
