In December, we were able to reinforce our training team once again. We welcome our new marketing communications trainee: Lorin!
Lorin will be supporting us in all areas of marketing communications that are particularly important for our growth and visibility. These include social media, content creation, internal and external communications, and event support. With his high level of commitment, creativity, and many fresh ideas, he brings exactly what we need to further develop our media presence.
In just his first few weeks, Lorin has integrated himself excellently into our team, taken on responsibility, and shown that he approaches new tasks with great interest. It is precisely this motivation that makes him a valuable part of our marketing department. We are very happy to have found the ideal candidate for this position, albeit a little later than originally planned, and look forward to accompanying him on his training journey and implementing exciting projects together.

Training at GBC: Diversity and practical relevance
Training young talent is a high priority at GBC. In addition to training in marketing communications, we are currently training apprentices in other commercial, creative, and digital professions. These currently include:
- E-commerce clerk
- Digital and print media designer
- Wholesale and foreign trade management assistant
Our trainees are actively involved in everyday work from the outset, take on independent tasks and gain valuable practical experience in a dedicated team. We attach great importance to personal support, short communication channels and open cooperation.
