Training has always played an important role at GBC. For over 26 years, we have successfully trained and nurtured young talent who help shape our company.
We are especially pleased that Rebecca is now taking over the training program at GBC, continuing this strong tradition.
More than 26 years of successful training at GBC
What began as an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade management has steadily evolved over the years. Today, we offer apprenticeships in various fields: from warehouse logistics and office management to marketing communication, e-commerce, and media design. Many of our former apprentices are still part of our team and contribute every day to driving GBC forward.
Rebecca takes over training at GBC with experience and dedication
After many years, Tanja, who built and supported the training department, is passing on her responsibilities to Rebecca. Rebecca will now handle selecting new apprentices, organizing training processes, and closely collaborating with vocational schools and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
We are confident that Rebecca’s great commitment will ensure that training at GBC remains personal, practical, and successful well into the future.
A strong team for the future
For us, quality training is not just a buzzword but a lived practice. The fact that many former apprentices are now long-term colleagues is the best proof of this. With Rebecca as trainer, this path will continue.
